Clinical psychologist, researcher, and writer connecting evidence-informed thinking with attentive human relationships.
ABOUT & PHILOSOPHY
People have always fascinated me: how they think, feel, adapt, and give meaning to what happens to them. For me, therapy begins with genuine curiosity and a safe, non-judgmental space where we can understand the story behind the symptom.
I believe in a relationship that is both professional and human: empathic but bounded, attentive but willing to challenge. Research, assessment, and structured tools matter, but only when they are adapted to the particular person in the room.
I see therapy as a shared process of understanding: not a search for a quick label, but an attentive look at the experiences, relationships, and patterns that shape a person's life.
The professional knowledge I bring into the room is important, but it must remain flexible and curious. Good therapy respects complexity, moves at a pace that feels possible, and helps turn insight into change that can be felt beyond the session.
